We are seeking a dedicated and experienced IT Infrastructure Specialist to join our growing team in Jakarta Raya. As a key member of our technical support staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the stability, security, and efficiency of our organization's IT environment. Your role will involve the end-to-end lifecycle management of our IT assets, ensuring seamless operations for all employees and minimizing system downtime.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Windows Server ecosystems and SQL Server database management. You will oversee the daily maintenance, installation, and troubleshooting of critical systems to ensure high availability. Additionally, you will lead complex data migration initiatives, ensuring that information is moved securely and efficiently without disrupting business processes. Our network infrastructure relies on robust security measures, and you will be tasked with configuring and maintaining Sophos firewalls to protect our assets from external cyber threats. Your expertise in Local Area Network (LAN) management will be vital in optimizing connectivity and speed across our offices.

- Manage and maintain Windows Server environments and SQL Server databases, ensuring optimal performance and security.
- Implement and configure network security protocols using Sophos firewalls to protect the organization from cyber threats.
- Perform system installation, routine maintenance, and complex troubleshooting to resolve hardware and software issues.
- Lead data migration projects, ensuring data integrity and minimal downtime during transitions.
- Oversee Local Area Network (LAN) setup, configuration, and optimization for seamless office connectivity.
- Conduct regular system backups, disaster recovery planning, and routine hardware upgrades.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to upgrade and patch software systems according to company standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Strong proficiency in Windows Server administration and SQL Server management.
- Proven experience with network infrastructure management, including LAN and firewall configuration (Sophos experience is a plus).
- Familiarity with installation procedures, maintenance protocols, and data migration techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues independently.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high security standards.
