Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain the company’s server infrastructure, including virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper-V) and physical servers.
- Monitor system performance, health, and availability, proactively resolving issues before they impact business operations.
- Configure, manage, and troubleshoot network hardware, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
- Implement and maintain robust backup and disaster recovery solutions to ensure data integrity.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end-users and internal departments.
- Ensure compliance with IT security policies, access controls, and best practices.
- Collaborate with external vendors for hardware/software procurement and maintenance contracts.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, System Administration, or Network Engineering.
- Strong knowledge of Linux and Windows Server operating systems.
- Familiarity with network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and network security.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is highly preferred.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical problems efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Willingness to work on a contract basis.
