PT Snf Polymers Indonesia is currently seeking a highly skilled and proactive IT Infrastructure & Information Security Supervisor to join our growing team in Cikande, Banten. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for overseeing the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of our information systems and network infrastructure.
In this strategic role, you will bridge the gap between technical operations and cybersecurity, ensuring our manufacturing processes remain secure and highly available. You will lead infrastructure projects, mitigate security risks, and provide leadership to the technical team, ensuring that our IT roadmap aligns with company objectives in the polymers production sector.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain the company's enterprise network, server infrastructure, and communication systems.
- Develop and implement robust information security policies and protocols to protect corporate data and manufacturing integrity.
- Supervise IT support operations, ensuring timely resolution of hardware and software issues across the facility.
- Perform regular security audits, vulnerability assessments, and penetration testing to identify and address potential threats.
- Lead the deployment of infrastructure upgrades, including cloud migrations, disaster recovery planning, and data backup strategies.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure high availability of critical ERP and operational technology (OT) systems.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior IT staff regarding security best practices and system troubleshooting.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership capacity.
- Proven expertise in network administration (Cisco/MikroTik), Windows/Linux server management, and virtualization technologies (VMware/Hyper-V).
- Deep understanding of cybersecurity frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST) and data protection regulations.
- Experience with firewalls, intrusion detection systems (IDS), and endpoint security solutions.
- Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, CISSP, or CompTIA Security+ are highly preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with fluency in English and Indonesian.
