Are you an experienced IT Infrastructure leader looking to make a significant impact in the insurance sector? BCA Life Insurance is seeking a dynamic and strategic IT Infrastructure Manager to oversee our mission-critical technology environment. In this role, you will be the backbone of our digital operations, ensuring high availability, robust security, and seamless scalability of our IT infrastructure.
You will lead a talented team of engineers, manage complex vendor relationships, and spearhead the modernization of our data center and cloud initiatives. This position is ideal for a hands-on leader who is passionate about building stable, future-proof IT ecosystems that drive business agility and customer trust.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the design, deployment, and management of enterprise-wide IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, networking, and cloud services (AWS/Azure).
- Ensure 99.99% uptime for core business systems through proactive monitoring, disaster recovery planning, and robust backup strategies.
- Manage and optimize IT budgets, hardware procurement, and long-term capital expenditure planning.
- Directly supervise the infrastructure team, fostering a culture of excellence, professional growth, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with the Information Security team to implement, audit, and maintain rigorous security standards and compliance frameworks.
- Manage relationships with key technology vendors and service providers to ensure SLA compliance and cost-effective delivery.
- Lead large-scale infrastructure migration projects and digital transformation initiatives across the organization.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Strong technical expertise in Windows/Linux server environments, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), and networking (Firewalls, Switches, SD-WAN).
- Proven experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and hybrid cloud architectures.
- Solid understanding of cybersecurity best practices, ISO 27001, and regulatory compliance within the financial/insurance industry.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Professional certifications such as ITIL, PMP, CCNA/CCNP, or AWS Certified Solutions Architect are highly preferred.
