Altius Hospital is seeking a highly skilled and proactive IT Infrastructure Engineer to join our growing technical team in Jakarta Barat. In this pivotal role, you will be the backbone of our hospital's digital operations, ensuring that our clinical and administrative systems remain secure, scalable, and highly available.

From maintaining robust network connectivity to overseeing cloud-based services and physical server infrastructure, your work will directly impact our ability to provide world-class patient care. We are looking for a technical expert who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a deep understanding of network security, system optimization, and cloud migration strategies.
Tanggung Jawab
- Design, deploy, and maintain core network infrastructure including switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless access points to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Oversee the administration of physical and virtual servers (VMware/Hyper-V) to support hospital information systems (HIS).
- Manage and monitor cloud-based services and ensure seamless integration with on-premise infrastructure.
- Implement and maintain robust cybersecurity protocols to protect sensitive patient data and hospital networks.
- Perform regular system health checks, patch management, and capacity planning to optimize hardware performance.
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for complex network and infrastructure-related issues escalated by the IT helpdesk.
- Maintain comprehensive technical documentation, network topologies, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new medical technologies and diagnostic equipment into the existing network.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in IT Infrastructure, Network Engineering, or Systems Administration.
- Proven expertise in managing LAN/WAN architectures, VPNs, and advanced firewall configuration.
- Strong working knowledge of virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware vSphere, Proxmox) and Windows/Linux server environments.
- Experience with cloud service providers (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is highly preferred.
- Relevant industry certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, CompTIA Server+, or MCSE are a significant advantage.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a critical hospital environment.
- Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
