Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and maintain LAN/WAN infrastructure including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor network performance using tools like SolarWinds or Nagios to ensure optimal uptime
- Develop and execute network security protocols to prevent cyber threats and data breaches
- Collaborate with cloud teams to integrate hybrid network solutions
- Document network configurations, topologies, and disaster recovery procedures
- Provide Tier-3 technical support and troubleshoot complex network issues
- Evaluate and implement new networking technologies to enhance scalability
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in enterprise network administration
- CCNP/CCIE or equivalent network certification required
- Proficiency in Cisco, Juniper, and Fortinet network hardware
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, and VPN protocols
- Experience with network automation tools (Ansible, Python)
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to work under pressure
