As we build our technology stack from the ground up, you will be instrumental in designing, deploying, and maintaining the systems that drive our operations. Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, install, and configure IT hardware, network infrastructure, and server systems during the pre-opening phase.
- Maintain and monitor all network equipment, ensuring 24/7 reliability for business-critical operations.
- Manage end-user support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues for staff and departmental systems.
- Implement and oversee cybersecurity protocols, including firewalls, data backups, and anti-virus protection.
- Collaborate with third-party vendors for system integrations and telecommunications services.
- Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for IT infrastructure maintenance.
- Monitor system performance and perform regular upgrades to ensure scalability as the facility grows.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, network administration, or systems support.
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs) and wireless infrastructure (Wi-Fi management).
- Experience with Windows Server environments, Active Directory, and office productivity software.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot hardware/software issues in a high-demand environment.
- Ability to work autonomously, especially during the challenging pre-opening phase.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred for effective communication.
- Industry certifications such as CCNA, MCSA, or CompTIA Network+ are highly desirable.
