As an intern, you will serve as the first point of contact for technical support, ensuring our operations run smoothly. You will work closely with seasoned IT professionals, gaining exposure to network administration, hardware troubleshooting, and security protocols that protect our business infrastructure. Tanggung Jawab
- Serve as the primary point of contact for end-user technical support via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide "boots-on-the-ground" assistance for office hardware, including laptops, desktops, and peripherals.
- Assist in the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of IT infrastructure components.
- Monitor and troubleshoot basic network connectivity issues to ensure business continuity.
- Support the security team in executing regular vulnerability assessments and system updates.
- Document technical issues and resolutions within the IT ticketing system for knowledge base growth.
- Help manage user access rights and maintain strict security protocols across company platforms.
- Assist in the physical setup and decommissioning of IT equipment across various office locations.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of hardware maintenance, operating systems (Windows/macOS), and basic networking concepts.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Keen interest in cybersecurity, infrastructure management, and emerging IT technologies.
- Proficiency in English and Indonesian is required for effective user communication.
- Fast learner with a customer-centric attitude and a proactive approach to troubleshooting.
