Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and maintain robust IT infrastructure architectures ensuring high availability and security.
- Lead and execute special IT projects, from conceptualization to deployment, ensuring adherence to timelines and project scope.
- Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify and remediate security risks.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate security controls into new banking systems and existing IT operations.
- Develop and update incident response procedures and disaster recovery protocols to ensure business continuity.
- Perform continuous monitoring of server performance, network traffic, and system logs to proactively address bottlenecks or threats.
- Provide technical leadership and support to IT operations staff, fostering a culture of cybersecurity awareness.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure management, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.
- Deep understanding of network security, firewall configuration, intrusion detection systems (IDS/IPS), and cloud security fundamentals.
- Experience in managing complex cross-functional projects using Agile or PMP methodologies.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot critical infrastructure issues under pressure.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 27001, COBIT, or other financial IT compliance frameworks.
- Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CCNA/CCNP, or CompTIA Security+ are highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
