Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain core IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and storage systems
- Implement and monitor security protocols to protect sensitive financial data
- Optimize system performance through proactive monitoring and capacity planning
- Execute disaster recovery plans and business continuity procedures
- Collaborate with development teams to align infrastructure with application requirements
- Document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides
- Research and implement emerging technologies to enhance operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with financial industry regulations and security standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure management
- Expertise in Windows/Linux server administration and virtualization technologies
- Strong knowledge of networking principles, firewalls, and security best practices
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and hybrid infrastructure models
- Proficiency in monitoring tools like Nagios, Zabbix, or SolarWinds
- Relevant certifications (CompTIA Network+, CCNA, or AWS Certified Solutions Architect)
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to work under pressure
