Are you a detail-oriented IT professional passionate about maintaining robust systems? Penguin Indonesia is seeking a dedicated IT Infrastructure Staff to join our team in Jakarta Utara. In this role, you will be the backbone of our digital operations, ensuring that our servers, networks, and IT security protocols remain stable, secure, and optimized for high-performance business activities.
You will work closely with our technology team to troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues, manage server deployments, and implement security measures that protect our corporate data. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, workstations, and peripherals.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Perform regular system backups and disaster recovery planning to safeguard company data.
- Install, configure, and maintain software applications and operating systems across the organization.
- Implement and update network security protocols, including firewalls, antivirus, and VPN configurations.
- Provide technical support and training to internal staff regarding hardware and software usage.
- Document IT assets and manage inventory of all hardware and software licenses.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, System Administration, or Network Engineering.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Linux (Ubuntu/CentOS), and Active Directory.
- Experience with network hardware (Cisco/MikroTik) and LAN/WAN configurations.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and virtualization technology (VMware, Hyper-V) is a plus.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues independently.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
