Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain company IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and storage systems
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues
- Implement and maintain security measures to protect company data and systems
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues
- Collaborate with team members to implement new technologies and system upgrades
- Document IT processes, procedures, and system configurations
- Ensure compliance with IT policies and industry standards
- Train and assist end-users on proper IT usage and best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure and support
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, server administration, and cloud technologies
- Experience with Windows Server, Linux, and virtualization platforms
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified IT Professional are preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
