Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain internal IT infrastructure, including servers, workstations, and peripherals.
- Provide prompt technical support and troubleshooting for end-users regarding hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Configure and monitor office networking equipment, including routers, switches, and Wi-Fi access points.
- Perform regular system backups, software updates, and patch management to ensure system security and data integrity.
- Manage user access rights, email accounts, and organizational directory services.
- Coordinate with external vendors for hardware repairs and software licensing renewals.
- Document IT incidents, resolutions, and standard operating procedures to improve team efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in IT support or infrastructure administration.
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office 365, and basic Windows Server administration.
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN) and troubleshooting connectivity.
- Experience with hardware maintenance, including printer troubleshooting and desktop PC components.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken Indonesian; ability to read technical documentation in English.
