Join Erajaya, a leading retail and distribution company in Indonesia, and shape the future of our IT infrastructure as an IT Infrastructure Support Supervisor (Talent Pool). In this role you will lead a dedicated team of support specialists, ensuring the seamless operation of our core systems, network, and hardware across multiple retail locations and distribution centers in Jakarta.
You will be responsible for driving incident resolution, implementing bestâpractice maintenance procedures, and continuously improving our technology environment. Working closely with the IT management team, youâll translate business needs into reliable, scalable solutions while fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage dayâtoâday IT support operations, including incident triage, resolution, and escalation.
- Oversee installation, configuration, and maintenance of servers, workstations, and networking equipment.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules and standard operating procedures.
- Ensure data backup, recovery, and disasterârecovery plans are in place and regularly tested.
- Monitor system performance, analyze trends, and propose improvements to enhance reliability.
- Coordinate with crossâfunctional teams to rollout new technology initiatives and upgrades.
- Mentor and coach junior support staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Prepare reports on serviceâlevel metrics, budget utilization, and asset inventory for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of experience in IT support or infrastructure management.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems, as well as common hardware platforms.
- Familiarity with network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and basic routing/switching concepts.
- Handsâon experience with backup solutions and disasterârecovery technologies.
- Proven ability to lead a team, prioritize tasks, and handle highâpressure situations.
- Excellent communication skills in Indonesian and English.
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Willingness to work flexible hours and travel to other sites when required.
