Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the IT team in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues for internal employees.
- Support the development and maintenance of company web applications and internal tools.
- Document IT procedures, system configurations, and project workflows to ensure knowledge sharing.
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of company-wide software updates and security patches.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical bottlenecks.
- Help monitor system performance and contribute to ongoing digital infrastructure optimization.
- Support administrative IT tasks including hardware inventory management and asset tracking.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of programming languages (e.g., PHP, Java, Python, or JavaScript).
- Familiarity with networking concepts and operating systems (Windows/Linux).
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to learning new technologies.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to commit to a full-time or part-time internship program for a minimum of 3-6 months.
- Highly organized with a meticulous attention to detail.
