We are currently seeking a highly motivated IT Linux & Docker Specialist (EOS) to join our team on a contract basis in Jakarta Pusat. This role is integral to our operations, focusing on the administration and optimization of Linux servers and Docker containerized applications.
As an IT Linux & Docker Specialist, you will be responsible for managing our Linux-based infrastructure, deploying and orchestrating Docker containers, and automating system processes to ensure high availability, performance, and security. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support CI/CD pipelines, monitor system health, and troubleshoot complex issues. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in Linux system administration, extensive Docker experience, and a passion for continuous improvement.
Key aspects of the role include:
- Managing and maintaining Linux distributions (e.g., Ubuntu, CentOS, Red Hat).
- Deploying and managing Docker containers using Docker Compose, Swarm, or Kubernetes.
- Implementing monitoring solutions using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or Nagios.
- Automating infrastructure provisioning using configuration management tools.
- Ensuring compliance with security policies and best practices.

Tanggung Jawab
- Configure, manage, and maintain Linux servers to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Deploy, manage, and scale Docker containers across development, staging, and production environments.
- Automate system provisioning and configuration using tools such as Ansible, Puppet, or similar.
- Monitor system health and performance, proactively identifying and resolving issues.
- Collaborate with development teams to streamline CI/CD pipelines and container orchestration.
- Implement backup and disaster recovery procedures for critical systems.
- Document system configurations, processes, and procedures for knowledge sharing.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to enhance infrastructure efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Linux system administration.
- Strong hands-on experience with Docker and containerization technologies.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or Ruby.
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.) is a plus.
- Knowledge of networking concepts, security best practices, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) is advantageous.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
