Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute IT strategies that align with business goals and operational requirements.
- Oversee the maintenance, installation, and optimization of network infrastructure and hardware systems.
- Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and procurement processes to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team of IT professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Implement and monitor cybersecurity policies to protect organizational data and intellectual property.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify technology gaps and deploy innovative software solutions.
- Provide technical support and disaster recovery planning to ensure seamless business continuity.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in an IT management or senior leadership role.
- Strong understanding of network administration, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and server management.
- Proven track record in managing IT budgets and vendor contracts.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional certifications such as PMP, ITIL, or CISSP are highly preferred.
