Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all aspects of resort IT infrastructure including network administration, server maintenance, and business application management
- Manage and optimize point-of-sale (POS) systems to ensure transactional integrity and operational efficiency
- Implement and maintain secure, high-performance guest internet services with 24/7 availability
- Lead technology projects including system upgrades, security enhancements, and digital transformation initiatives
- Develop and enforce IT policies, disaster recovery plans, and cybersecurity protocols
- Collaborate with department heads to identify technology needs and implement effective solutions
- Manage IT vendor relationships, contracts, and service level agreements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of IT management experience with 2+ years in hospitality sector
- Expertise in network administration, server management, and cloud infrastructure
- Proven experience with POS systems, guest Wi-Fi solutions, and hospitality software
- Strong project management skills with track record of successful technology deployments
- Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, CompTIA Security+, Cisco CCNP)
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills
