Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive IT strategies that align with the company’s manufacturing and business goals.
- Oversee the maintenance, security, and scalability of internal network infrastructure and enterprise software systems.
- Manage the IT department budget, procurement of hardware/software, and vendor relations.
- Lead digital transformation projects to improve operational efficiency and automated reporting.
- Ensure robust cybersecurity measures are in place to protect company intellectual property and sensitive data.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand workflow bottlenecks and provide technical solutions.
- Mentor and guide the IT staff to foster a culture of innovation and high performance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an IT managerial or senior lead role.
- Proven track record of managing enterprise-level network infrastructure and software implementation.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems, cloud computing, and cybersecurity frameworks.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams effectively.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL, CISSP, or CISM) are highly preferred.
