Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor application dashboards 24/7 to detect system anomalies and performance issues
- Proactively troubleshoot and resolve technical incidents across multiple platforms
- Collaborate with development teams to implement monitoring improvements
- Document incident reports, resolutions, and preventive measures
- Analyze system performance trends to predict and prevent future failures
- Generate regular reports on system health and key performance indicators
- Maintain and optimize monitoring configurations for maximum efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in IT monitoring or system administration
- Proficiency with monitoring tools (e.g., Nagios, Zabbix, Datadog)
- Strong knowledge of network protocols and infrastructure components
- Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Relevant certifications (CompTIA Network+, CCNA) preferred
