Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for infrastructure stability? We are looking for an IT Monitoring Specialist to join our dynamic team in Tangerang Selatan. In this role, you will be the eyes and ears of our IT operations, ensuring that our digital services maintain optimal performance, high availability, and ironclad security around the clock.
As our IT Monitoring Specialist, you will play a critical role in proactive incident management. You will work closely with cross-functional technical teams to identify bottlenecks, troubleshoot performance issues, and ensure that every service meets our strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Tanggung Jawab
- Perform real-time monitoring of critical IT infrastructure, servers, and network services.
- Analyze monitoring alerts to identify root causes of performance degradation or system failures.
- Maintain high system availability by executing proactive health checks and routine maintenance tasks.
- Coordinate with technical teams to escalate incidents and manage communication during system outages.
- Generate detailed performance reports and trend analysis for management review.
- Ensure all system documentation is up-to-date and compliant with internal security standards.
- Optimize monitoring configurations to reduce noise and focus on high-impact infrastructure events.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in IT operations, NOC (Network Operations Center), or system administration.
- Solid understanding of monitoring tools such as Zabbix, Nagios, Grafana, Prometheus, or ELK Stack.
- Experience with cloud monitoring platforms (AWS CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, or GCP Operations Suite) is a plus.
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Bash, Python, or PowerShell) for automation.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills and the ability to perform well under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.
- Willingness to work in shifts to support 24/7 service availability.
