Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain network infrastructure including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Provide technical support for laptops, printers, and CCTV systems across Jabodetabek
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity, security, and performance issues
- Implement network configurations, updates, and security patches
- Monitor network traffic and systems for optimal performance
- Document network diagrams, configurations, and maintenance activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT solutions with business needs
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in network administration and support
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and routing protocols
- Hands-on experience with network hardware (Cisco, HP, Juniper)
- Proficiency in Windows OS and enterprise software troubleshooting
- Experience with CCTV system installation and maintenance
- Certifications (CCNA, Network+) preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
