Are you a hands-on IT professional looking to make a direct impact on operational efficiency? Circleka Indonesia Utama is seeking a dedicated IT Officer to oversee and maintain the integrity of our ICT infrastructure at the district level. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for all technical matters, ensuring our systems run seamlessly to support our business goals.
You will be responsible for managing a diverse range of hardware and software environments, ensuring optimal network connectivity, and providing robust technical support to our team. We are looking for a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced retail support environment and possesses the technical acumen to troubleshoot complex issues effectively.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the district's ICT infrastructure, including servers, workstations, and peripherals.
- Maintain and optimize network communication systems and internet connectivity to ensure zero downtime.
- Manage hardware and software installations, updates, and troubleshooting across various store locations.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users to enhance operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular system audits and routine maintenance to prevent technical failures.
- Collaborate with the head office IT team to implement new technology standards and policies.
- Maintain detailed documentation of network configurations, asset inventories, and incident reports.
- Monitor and protect company data integrity through rigorous backup procedures and security protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in IT support, network administration, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of LAN/WAN networking, TCP/IP, and firewall management.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows/Linux operating systems and common business software applications.
- Experience with hardware maintenance, including POS systems, printers, and network cabling.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric approach to problem resolution.
- Willingness to travel within the Jakarta Timur district as required by business operations.
