As our IT Officer, you will play a critical role in maintaining our technological standards, supporting our daily operations, and ensuring that our IT environment remains secure, reliable, and efficient.
Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and maintain the integrity of internet networks across all villa areas, office spaces, and public facilities.
- Provide prompt technical support and troubleshooting for staff hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Perform regular preventative maintenance on IT infrastructure, including routers, switches, and access points.
- Manage basic server configurations and ensure all digital systems are running optimally.
- Coordinate with external vendors for specialized repairs or large-scale infrastructure upgrades.
- Implement and monitor cybersecurity protocols to protect company data and guest information.
- Maintain detailed records of IT inventory and network documentation.
- Assist in the setup of audio-visual equipment for events or guest requests when necessary.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in network administration or IT support roles, preferably in the hospitality or service industry.
- Strong knowledge of local area networks (LAN), Wi-Fi configurations, and internet service provider (ISP) troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in installing and maintaining computer hardware, printers, and peripheral devices.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage time effectively.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills, capable of explaining technical issues to non-technical staff.
- Willingness to work flexible hours to support operations in a hospitality environment.
- Ability to reside in or commute easily to the Yogyakarta area.
