Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and hardware systems.
- Provide comprehensive technical support to employees, troubleshooting hardware and software issues efficiently.
- Implement and monitor cybersecurity measures to protect sensitive company data and prevent breaches.
- Oversee software installations, updates, patches, and ensure system compatibility.
- Ensure regular data backups and manage disaster recovery procedures.
- Collaborate with external vendors and IT partners for asset procurement and maintenance.
- Document IT processes, procedures, and system configurations for future reference.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in IT support, system administration, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and network protocols.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with remote desktop tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical staff.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
