Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and storage systems
- Implement and configure new hardware and software solutions to meet business requirements
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues to minimize downtime
- Ensure data security and implement appropriate backup and recovery procedures
- Collaborate with IT team members to develop and implement IT strategies
- Provide technical support to employees and document IT processes and procedures
- Stay updated with the latest technology trends and recommend improvements to existing systems
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure management
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, server administration, and virtualization technologies
- Experience with cloud computing platforms and infrastructure-as-code solutions
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, or equivalent
