Bintangdelapan Group is seeking a highly skilled and forward-thinking IT Officer (Infrastructure & Facility) to drive our technological evolution in Jakarta Barat. In this multi-faceted role, you will be the cornerstone of our hardware systems and software ecosystems, ensuring seamless alignment between physical infrastructure and digital solutions.
We are looking for a proactive technical professional who can seamlessly bridge the gap between network engineering and modern web development. You will take ownership of maintaining highly secure, scalable server networks while simultaneously spearheading application development projects using Laravel and MySQL. This position offers a unique runway to lead AI-driven digital transformation, optimizing our Point of Sale (POS) and enterprise platforms to support our organizational growth.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage, monitor, and optimize physical and cloud-based IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, security systems, and hardware facilities.
- Develop, maintain, and upgrade internal software applications, APIs, and the corporate website using PHP (Laravel framework) and MySQL databases.
- Oversee the operation, support, and continuous improvement of Point of Sale (POS) systems across various branches.
- Design and execute AI-driven digital transformation strategies to automate workflows, reduce overhead, and enhance data security.
- Ensure reliable backup protocols, disaster recovery plans, and comprehensive cybersecurity measures are strictly implemented.
- Deliver high-quality technical support, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network bottlenecks efficiently.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify operational demands and translate them into robust, scalable IT solutions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a closely related technical field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in IT system administration, network infrastructure, or full-stack web development.
- Strong, practical proficiency in backend development utilizing PHP (Laravel framework) and database query optimization with MySQL.
- Solid understanding of server configurations, local area networks (LAN/WAN), system security, and facility IT maintenance.
- Proven experience working with or configuring Point of Sale (POS) systems and responsive web platforms.
- Demonstrated interest or hands-on experience in implementing AI solutions, automation scripts, and digital transformation practices.
- Analytical mind with strong problem-solving capabilities, clear communication, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
