Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all day-to-day IT operations and ensure optimal system performance
- Lead and manage the IT operations team, providing guidance and mentorship
- Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for complex IT issues
- Monitor system performance and implement preventive maintenance
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT equipment and services
- Ensure data security and implement disaster recovery plans
- Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend system improvements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT operations management
- Proven experience leading and managing IT teams
- Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, servers, and cloud technologies
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Experience with ITIL or similar IT service management frameworks
- Certifications such as ITIL, CompTIA Server+, or Cisco CCNA preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
