Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud-based services.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues for internal staff.
- Manage system backups, security patches, and software updates to ensure optimal performance and data integrity.
- Configure and deploy new hardware and software assets according to company standards.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of IT operations, procedures, and service records.
- Monitor network security and perform regular audits to protect corporate data.
- Coordinate with vendors for equipment procurement and maintenance support.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an IT operations, helpdesk, or system administration role.
- Strong understanding of Windows/Linux server environments and networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell or Python) for task automation is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on service quality.
- Good communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
