This role offers a competitive salary range of Rp 5.700.000 to Rp 6.100.000, specifically tailored for candidates looking for a part-time engagement in the heart of South Jakarta. You will work alongside a team of experts, utilizing modern tools and methodologies to maintain our high standards of IT service delivery.
Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor data processing pipelines and automated workflows to ensure 24/7 availability.
- Act as the first point of contact for IT operational incidents and data-related support requests.
- Perform regular data validation and quality assurance checks to maintain database integrity.
- Assist in the maintenance and troubleshooting of server connectivity and database access issues.
- Maintain comprehensive logs and documentation for IT operational procedures and system changes.
- Coordinate with the senior technical team to implement system updates and security patches.
- Generate and analyze routine operational reports for management review.
- Ensure timely escalation of complex technical issues to the relevant specialized teams.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Associate Degree (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of SQL databases and data management principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis software.
- Familiarity with IT service management (ITSM) tools and ticketing systems.
- Strong analytical thinking and proactive problem-solving capabilities.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users.
- Willingness to work in a part-time capacity with a high degree of accountability.
- Based in or willing to work in Jakarta Selatan.
