Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management and operations
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Experience with IT infrastructure, security, and software development
- Knowledge of operational management principles and practices
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Certifications in IT management or related fields are a plus
