Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and maintain IT systems, networks, and servers to ensure optimal performance and availability
- Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical incidents and service requests
- Implement and manage IT security protocols to protect company data and systems
- Document IT processes, procedures, and system configurations for knowledge management
- Collaborate with development teams to support deployment of new technologies
- Analyze system performance metrics and recommend optimization strategies
- Provide end-user support and training on IT systems and tools
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 1 year of experience in IT operations (fresh graduates encouraged to apply)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Windows/Linux operating systems and networking fundamentals
- Experience with IT service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Certifications in ITIL or CompTIA A+ are advantageous
