Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor daily IT infrastructure, networks, and system performance to ensure maximum uptime.
- Troubleshoot and resolve server issues, hardware malfunctions, and software anomalies promptly.
- Execute regular, secure system backups and perform disaster recovery testing.
- Manage system permissions, user accounts, and security access policies.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to deploy system updates, OS patches, and software upgrades.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of IT inventory, network maps, and SOPs.
- Deliver exceptional, timely technical support to internal departments.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.
- 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in IT operations, system administration, or tech support.
- Solid experience troubleshooting Windows and Linux Server environments.
- Good understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, Firewalls).
- Familiarity with virtualization technology and modern backup tools is a strong plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
