Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain day-to-day IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and end-user hardware.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues to minimize downtime across company departments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy and upgrade enterprise software applications.
- Implement and maintain robust cybersecurity protocols to protect sensitive pharmaceutical data.
- Manage IT inventory and ensure all hardware and software assets are accounted for and updated.
- Provide prompt technical support and training to staff regarding internal system usage and best practices.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of IT operational processes, system configurations, and incident logs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in IT operations, system administration, or a similar technical role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux server environments, network infrastructure (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN), and VPNs.
- Experience with enterprise backup solutions, firewall management, and endpoint security software.
- Proven ability to diagnose and resolve hardware and software conflicts under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical mindset with a commitment to maintaining high standards of data integrity and system security.
