You will manage critical systems including hotel management software, guest Wi-Fi networks, server maintenance, and telecommunications. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and maintain the hotel's core network infrastructure, including switches, routers, and high-speed Wi-Fi systems.
- Provide technical support for Hotel Property Management Systems (PMS), POS terminals, and guest room entertainment systems.
- Manage server environments, backups, and disaster recovery protocols to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Coordinate with vendors and ISPs to troubleshoot connectivity issues and manage service level agreements.
- Monitor network security and perform regular audits to protect guest data and hotel systems from cyber threats.
- Maintain hardware inventory and manage the procurement of IT equipment.
- Provide efficient on-site technical support to staff and guests to resolve hardware and software conflicts.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in IT operations, preferably within the hospitality or service industry.
- In-depth knowledge of LAN/WAN, VLAN, VPN, and firewall configurations (Cisco or Mikrotik certification is a plus).
- Strong understanding of Windows Server, Active Directory, and cloud-based management tools.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot hardware/software issues in a high-pressure environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical staff.
- Fluency in Indonesian and basic English communication skills.
