In this critical role, you will serve as the primary technical point of contact, bridging the gap between our local business operations and our regional HQ IT and R&D teams.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the seamless functionality of our daily IT infrastructure, managing business systems, and driving the implementation of new digital initiatives. You will be the go-to person for troubleshooting complex technical issues, optimizing system workflows, and ensuring that our IT environment aligns with corporate security and performance standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily IT operations, including hardware maintenance, network troubleshooting, and software support for local staff.
- Act as the primary liaison between local business units and the HQ IT/R&D departments to ensure technical alignment.
- Support the deployment and implementation of new business systems and digital transformation initiatives.
- Maintain system documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and asset inventory logs.
- Monitor server performance and network connectivity to ensure 99.9% uptime for business-critical applications.
- Provide prompt technical support and training to end-users to enhance operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with global IT teams for regional system patches, security updates, and infrastructure upgrades.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in IT operations, system administration, or technical support roles.
- Strong proficiency in troubleshooting Windows/Linux environments and network protocols (TCP/IP, VPN, DNS).
- Experience with ERP systems or enterprise-level business applications is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge communication gaps between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian is essential for collaboration with global HQ.
- Strong analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
