Join Insura Media Solutions as an IT PM Business Analyst and become the critical bridge between business objectives and technical execution. In this dynamic role, you'll drive digital transformation by conducting stakeholder interviews to capture complex requirements, translating them into actionable documentation including Business Requirements Documents (BRD), Product Requirements Documents (PRD), Functional Specifications (FSD), and Entity-Relationship Diagrams (ERD). You'll orchestrate project timelines using Agile methodologies, leveraging Jira to ensure seamless sprint planning, backlog grooming, and progress tracking. Your expertise will ensure technology solutions align perfectly with business goals while maintaining quality standards and delivery deadlines. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather comprehensive business requirements
- Develop and maintain technical documentation (BRD/PRD/FSD/ERD) using industry standards
- Manage project timelines and deliverables using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Implement and optimize Jira workflows for sprint planning and progress tracking
- Facilitate requirement prioritization and scope definition sessions
- Coordinate between business units and development teams to ensure alignment
- Monitor project KPIs and provide regular status updates to stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis or IT project management
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence, Trello)
- Strong documentation skills with experience creating BRD/PRD/FSD/ERD
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proven experience managing cross-functional project teams
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
