Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive IT policies, procedures, and documentation
- Conduct regular audits and reviews of IT governance frameworks for compliance
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align IT policies with business objectives
- Establish risk mitigation strategies for IT infrastructure and processes
- Monitor adherence to security protocols and regulatory requirements
- Update documentation to reflect technological advancements and industry standards
- Provide guidance on policy implementation and best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT policy development or governance
- Strong knowledge of IT frameworks (COBIT, ITIL, ISO 27001)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in regulatory compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, local Indonesian regulations)
- Outstanding written communication skills for policy documentation
- Experience with IT risk assessment and management methodologies
