Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise applications and software systems
- Manage IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and security protocols
- Implement network security measures and vulnerability assessments
- Provide technical support for pre-press equipment and digital workflows
- Monitor system performance and implement proactive maintenance solutions
- Document IT processes and create technical operation manuals
- Collaborate with production teams to integrate technology workflows
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 3+ years experience in application development and infrastructure management
- Proficiency in network security protocols and system administration
- Strong knowledge of pre-press technologies (Adobe Suite, RIP software)
- Experience with cloud platforms and virtualization technologies
- Certifications in CompTIA Security+, Cisco CCNA, or equivalent
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
