Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct in-depth analysis of client business requirements and technical challenges to propose the most suitable IT solutions.
- Collaborate closely with the engineering and product teams to ensure accurate product demonstrations and technical presentations.
- Develop and maintain a thorough technical knowledge of the company's product portfolio and the competitive landscape.
- Create detailed technical proposals, RFQ responses, and ROI calculations to support the sales cycle.
- Act as a subject matter expert during client meetings, product training sessions, and industry trade shows.
- Provide feedback to the product team based on market trends and client requirements to drive continuous product improvement.
- Support the sales team in developing sales strategies and identifying new business opportunities within the IT sector.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in IT Pre Sales, Account Management, or Technical Sales roles.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, software solutions, and digital transformation concepts.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical details to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven track record of managing the sales cycle from lead qualification to proposal closure.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic sales environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite is highly preferred.
