Tanggung Jawab
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand client requirements and design tailored technical solutions
- Deliver engaging product demonstrations and technical presentations to prospective clients
- Develop detailed technical proposals and solution architecture documents
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to position solutions effectively
- Provide technical expertise during sales cycles, including RFP responses and client consultations
- Train sales teams on product capabilities and technical differentiators
- Coordinate with product development teams to ensure solution feasibility
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in presales, technical sales, or solution engineering
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud solutions, and enterprise software
- Excellent presentation and communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience creating technical documentation and solution proposals
- Proficiency with presentation tools and CRM platforms
- Certifications in relevant technologies (AWS, Azure, Cisco, etc.) preferred
