Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in gathering, documenting, and analyzing business requirements for new IT product features and enhancements.
- Support the product team in conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
- Collaborate with IT developers and quality assurance teams to ensure technical solutions align with business needs.
- Contribute to the creation of user stories, wireframes, and process flows to articulate product functionalities.
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide feedback to improve product quality and user experience.
- Help monitor product performance metrics and assist in preparing reports and presentations for stakeholders.
- Maintain clear and comprehensive product documentation, including feature specifications and user manuals.
- Support the agile development process by attending stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospective meetings.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Basic understanding of product development lifecycle and agile methodologies is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) is required.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and interact effectively with various stakeholders.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn new technologies and business concepts.
- Prior internship experience in a related field is a bonus but not mandatory.
