- Design and implement AI-powered workflows to optimize logistics operations
- Develop LLM-based systems for cargo tracking and customer service automation
- Transform business processes into scalable, production-ready automation solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities
- Act as a technical liaison between Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and development teams
- Monitor and maintain AI systems to ensure optimal performance
- Document technical specifications and create user guides for implemented solutions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) and English
- Experience with AI/ML technologies, particularly Large Language Models
- Strong understanding of workflow design and automation principles
- Knowledge of logistics or supply chain management systems is a plus
- Experience with API integration and microservices architecture
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
