Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, test, and maintain software applications and internal tools to support F&B operational workflows.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Point of Sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify process bottlenecks and implement automated technical solutions.
- Manage database systems and ensure data integrity across all operational platforms.
- Provide technical support and training to staff regarding new software implementations.
- Conduct regular system audits and performance tuning to ensure high availability and speed.
- Assist in the integration of third-party APIs and hardware devices common in the hospitality sector.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in software development, preferably in the F&B or hospitality industry.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as PHP, Java, Python, or C#.
- Solid experience with SQL/NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB).
- Understanding of POS system architecture and hospitality business processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on system optimization.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills to effectively translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
