Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, execute, and monitor IT projects to ensure timely delivery within budget constraints
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, analysts, and business units
- Facilitate stakeholder communications through regular status updates and progress reports
- Implement project management methodologies (PMBOK/Agile) to optimize workflows
- Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining quality standards
- Manage project documentation including scope statements, schedules, and change requests
- Collaborate with clients to define requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives
Kualifikasi
- PMP certification mandatory with proven track record in IT project coordination
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project management within IT sector
- Expertise in project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Asana)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret technical requirements
- Exceptional communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Certification in Agile/Scrum methodologies preferred
