Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and monitor the lifecycle of IT infrastructure projects from initiation to deployment.
- Draft, maintain, and update comprehensive technical documentation for all system infrastructure.
- Analyze infrastructure performance data to identify bottlenecks and suggest improvements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, technical requirements, and deliverable timelines.
- Assist in the procurement and asset management of IT hardware and software components.
- Ensure compliance with company security standards and IT policies throughout project implementation.
- Act as a point of contact for technical troubleshooting during infrastructure rollouts.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in IT infrastructure, system administration, or project support.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure fundamentals (Servers, Networking, Cloud basics, and Hardware).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Proven ability to create clear, concise technical documentation and project reports.
- Good communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
