Pesta Pora Abadi is seeking a highly analytical and structured IT Project Management Analytics Specialist to join our growing technology team in Malang, Jawa Timur. In this role, you will bridge the gap between IT project execution and data-driven decision-making. You will be responsible for setting up tracking frameworks, analyzing project performance metrics, and creating visualization dashboards that help stakeholders monitor project health, resource allocation, and timelines.
As our IT Project Management Analytics Specialist, you will champion Agile/Scrum best practices while leveraging data analytics tools to identify bottlenecks, optimize project workflows, and predict project delivery timelines. Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and maintain IT project performance dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI or Tableau.
- Monitor and analyze key project metrics (KPIs) including velocity, resource utilization, budget variances, and delivery timelines.
- Collaborate with IT Project Managers to streamline project tracking workflows and data collection processes.
- Perform predictive analysis to forecast potential project bottlenecks, resource constraints, and delivery risks.
- Standardize project management metrics and reporting templates across the organization.
- Conduct post-mortem data analysis of completed projects to provide actionable insights for future process improvements.
- Present regular analytical insights and status reports to senior IT leadership and stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in IT Project Management, PMO, or as a Project/Business Analyst.
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) and SQL.
- Solid understanding of IT Project Management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with PM tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, or Asana is highly preferred.
