As an Assistant Manager in our IT Project Management Office, you will be responsible for implementing and refining robust project management frameworks. You will lead cross-functional teams, navigate complex project dependencies, and ensure that our digital transformation initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Define, implement, and optimize project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall) tailored to specific development project needs.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between software engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment.
- Manage end-to-end IT project life cycles, including planning, execution, monitoring, and project closure.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies to maintain a steady delivery flow.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including status reports, project charters, and resource allocation plans.
- Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospective meetings to foster team efficiency.
- Provide regular performance updates to senior management regarding project health, budget utilization, and milestone achievements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in IT project management or relevant technical leadership roles.
- Solid understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and modern project management tools like Jira, Confluence, or Asana.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex technical requirements into actionable project tasks.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Professional certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) is highly preferred.
