In this pivotal role, you will act as the bridge between technical execution and business strategy, ensuring that our IT initiatives are aligned with organizational goals.
You will be responsible for overseeing the project lifecycle, evaluating business requirements, and driving digital transformation initiatives that improve our operational efficiency. The ideal candidate brings a blend of technical acumen and project management rigor, capable of guiding teams through complex SA (System Analysis) processes and project delivery frameworks.

Tanggung Jawab
- Establish and maintain IT project governance, standards, and reporting frameworks.
- Perform comprehensive Business Analysis (BA) to define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Lead System Analysis (SA) efforts to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions.
- Monitor and track project progress, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure timely delivery.
- Evaluate existing IT processes and identify opportunities for optimization and cost reduction.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams, management, and external vendors.
- Prepare executive-level reporting on project health, risks, and performance metrics.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst (BA), System Analyst (SA), or Project Manager (PM) in an IT environment.
- Strong understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and Agile/Waterfall methodologies.
- Proficiency in requirement gathering, process mapping, and documentation (BRD/FRD).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or CBAP certification is highly preferred.
