Hero Retail Nusantara is seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Project Manager to join our growing team in Bekasi, Jawa Barat. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our IT initiatives, ensuring that technology projects align with our business objectives and are delivered on time and within budget. You will oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initial planning and requirement gathering to execution, testing, and smooth system implementation.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage end-to-end IT projects to support and enhance retail business operations.
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop comprehensive project plans and monitor progress, adjusting as necessary to ensure successful, on-time delivery.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Ensure smooth system implementation, integration, and user adoption across all relevant departments.
- Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and procurement activities effectively.
- Identify potential project risks, devise mitigation strategies, and resolve issues promptly to keep projects on track.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven working experience as an IT Project Manager in the retail or fast-paced corporate sector.
- Solid technical background, with an understanding of software development, IT infrastructure, and system integration.
- Strong project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master) are highly advantageous.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills, including attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex stakeholder relationships.
- Willingness to work on a contract basis and be based in Bekasi, Jawa Barat.
